Who are Creative Consulting Services for?

Perfect for artistic and handmade makers, content creators, or any other creative business, these services are designed to help you focus on being creative while we handle the logistical side of your business with your direction.

How does the Creative Consulting work?

We offer a variety of tier packages, & a la cart services that are tailored to your specific business needs. For our Wrangling packages we offer daily accountability and a weekly consulting call to help keep you on task. For a la cart clients we offer support via email or an hourly consulting call scheduled as needed. All package services come with a custom notion page to keep your information, tasks, and calendar easily accessible for you.

How much does Creative Consulting cost?

Pricing varies depending on your business needs, as each creative business is different. We charge $149 (currently $75) for our initial consult, which is then applied to your remaining balance if you decide to move forward with our creative wrangling services. We create a plan fit for your business goals based on the information from our initial consult, and consulting packages start at $600 per month.

Do you offer business management?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer direct business management, as we are here to support your business, not control it. However, we do offer our premium consulting package which might be helpful as it is specially designed to do everything your business needs to grow.

I hired Ryan back in July 2025. I had been in business since 2018 but really struggling with treating it as a business and not a hobby. As a creative with SEVERE ADHD I had nothing but the best of intentions when I started my business. You know the drill, tons of ideas, absolutely sure I could do everything myself and not be overwhelmed at all! Ry found me when I was one order away from packing my bags, grabbing my business partner and Thelma and Louise-ing it all away. Fake my death? Nah, mama didn’t raise a liar. A quitter though? Maybe.

After a couple of sessions with Ry things felt slightly more manageable. I could breathe a little bit. After a couple of months I actually felt like I could accomplish some of the actual creative things I had planned which was my entire reason for having a creative business in the first place. After an entire year of working with Ry I was actually able to stick to a schedule (GASP!) and get things done on time. My planners were getting used (GASP!) and I was only overwhelmed when my own brain tricked me into thinking I was behind. A quick text conversation or phone call with Ry to talk me down always fixed that quickly and I was back on track.

For the neurodivergent who hate to be babied, who love what they do but just need someone to keep them organized and on task, for those who need someone to take some tasks off their hands so they can get to the parts they love, I HIGHLY recommend Ry. I took my business full time in 2025 and wanted to go full steam ahead. At the time, I thought I was doing pretty well and didn't think I actually needed any sort of business consulting or audit. But, I figured, why not. Now is the time.

I chose to do an audit where Ry went through my socials and website and then video taped the review as she went through them. I was so surprised by all the useful and constructive feedback. Here I thought I was doing so well, but when she went through each social or page and told me what she was seeing and how she interpreted that... I knew that I had a lot to improve on.

I got feedback on the vibe of my social media to how people will first see me when they go to my page. Things that were so outdated that I was accidentally ignoring were brought to my attention. Then on my website I got feedback that my whole personality was missing from it, that it just wasn't me. And now that it was pointed out I can't help but agree. She even went through some of my listings, pointed out where things were hard to read or when things got confusing.

The best part about this is that you can view it at your leisure. I've been slowly incorporating the feedback, referencing the video as needed. Having that outside source looking at your work and give you feedback is absolutely essential and I didn't know how essential until I hired Hippie Witch Heart to take a look. I plan to do another generic audit after the 1 year mark, but also to do some consulting time to discuss new things I want to do with my business with someone familiar with the indie yarn world. I highly recommend at least one session to try it out. Us creatives tend to live in a bubble and getting an outside source to take a look is so incredibly helpful.
